SHIPPING & REFUNDS

This policy outlines the shipping and return process for Botanic Glee orders. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

SHIPPING POLICY

Where We Ship

  • We ship from our EU warehouse to the UK only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days from dispatch.

  • Orders are shipped via UPS with tracking provided.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.

 

Shipping Rates

  • Flat rate: £20 per set.

UK Import Regulations

  • Orders over £135 may incur additional UK import taxes and duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • To avoid this, we recommend placing separate orders for multiple sets.

  • Botanic Glee is not responsible for any import fees, customs delays, or additional charges applied upon delivery.

 

Lost or Delayed Orders

  • If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@botanicglee.co.uk so we can assist you.

  • Lost parcels will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

RETURNS & REFUNDS 

Right to Cancel

  • UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and receive a full refund.

  • To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at contact@botanicglee.co.uk before returning your item.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Return Process

  1. Customers must email us at contact@botanicglee.co.uk before sending a return. Unregistered returns may not be processed.

  2. Securely repackage the item in its original box.

  3. Mail it to:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 7 days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear.

  • If you cancel within 14 days of delivery, we will refund the original shipping fee paid. However, return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund.

  • Please contact us at contact@botanicglee.co.uk to arrange a return or replacement.
